The staff were very helpful, my room was spacious, and the hotel is located in an attractive part of the city. Very happy with my stay at the Saga Hotel.
The staff was friendly and serviceminded. The establishment seems new, and it was clean and nice. The room was also very nice and the price was very affordable.
Wonderful little hotel in good location. I felt safe staying here away from downtown. The classy shops and nice little restaurants (avoid Olivia though) were great - best little cafe was Noblis. Loved the decor of this hotel - stay here over anywhere else.
No espresso machine but that is normal in Norway.
Very nice little hotel, Walking distance from Karl Johan.
Very quiet, stylish, not too far from the city center. Our room was spacious and well furnished.
A modest selection of dishes for breakfast. Double bed is two single beds side by side.
The decoration and the the quite area, that was integrated. Very close to a nice park
I book my room with my breakfast but has I had to leave around 7am it was not possible to have in that day or to prepare swomething in the day before.
This is boutique moden, very clean, quiet and confortable hotel located in a beautiful part of Oslo. Tram nearby and can put you in downtown in five minutes, Friendly staff with personal service. Good breakfast and nice rooms.
easy going, good breakfast buffet, friendly staff. Newly refurbished and modern.
Excellent breakfast selection. Nice walking distance to many shops and parks.
Very nice design of the rooms and the most comfortable bed !! Breakfast was top and the hotel is very near of the royal garden.
friendly helpful staff
lack of toiletries and tissues in bedroom. Lack of fresh fruit at breakfast
I like the location, rate and the breakfast.
Big roomsize and modern style..
Oslo was wonderful--once we found out how to use the city transportation, and after we discovered that there was a tram stop about three blocks from the hotel. The staff was very helpful. Originally, we thought that the hotel was quite a distance from anything, and that we would have to walk great distances to get to what we wanted to see. Finding the public transportation helped a lot.
The room was relatively small--I had expected something just a little bit larger.
Cleanliness and staff friendliness
Room was too warm with sealed windows and no individul aircon control
The general design is interesting...A Bottle of wine as a compliment...
Room 101. The window is made so that nobody could open it. I saw more convenient bathrooms even for smaller rooms. In Denmark or Holland. The price was terrible. Nok 1900 per night was equal to 5+ in Istanbul during smm2011, where the room was in 20 times bigger and the service was in 10 times better.
